The menu is short, and regularly renewed, to the delight of regulars. The suggested dishes are made from fresh and seasonal products, carefully selected from the region's markets or from local producers.
Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. Catering is provided by reservation for hotel guests every evening except Sunday.
